After graduating from Kabataş Erkek High School, Helvacılar graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law.

 

In 2018, he established a social interaction platform between student communities called thereed.tech. In the same year, he became the founding partner of Capita Talent, an initiative that enables individuals to verify their competencies and employers to find potential employees with their verified competencies. During the growth process of Capita Talent in the USA, it became one of the partners of the Innosance incubation center. Innosance provides organizations for relocation to the USA during the global market opening processes of startups that have proven themselves in Turkey.

 

In the Innosance and Capita Talent initiatives, he founded the Sertifier initiative in May 2019, which aims to produce tools to make education sustainable with educational big data, after debuting with other founding partners.
