After graduating from Kabataş Erkek High School and Istanbul University, Faculty of Law he started his career as an Attorney at Law.
Özkan studied German Law and European Law at Freie Universitaet Berlin in Germany. He continues his studies as a student of the International Private Law Department, Master's Programme at Istanbul University, Faculty of Law.
He took an active role in national and international levels of non-governmental organizations throughout his education and focused on working as a voluntary compliance officer for NGOs.
He is fluent in German and English.

After graduating from Nişantaşı Anadolu High School and Istanbul University, Faculty of Law he started his career as an Attorney at Law.
Çalışır studied Legal English Plus at Cambridge University Law Studio. He continues his studies as a student of the Civil Law Department, Master's Programme at Istanbul University, Faculty of Law.
He is fluent in English.
Barkın Çalışır is an Attorney at Law registered at the Istanbul Bar Association.
